• There is also a first floor furnished apartment vacation rental - which is 1200 square feet, living room, dining room, kitchen, den, office, one bedroom and bath and large back patio. The apartment sleeps up to 6 people. Rate: $400 per night, $1600 a week, $3000 a month. Tax additional. Cleaning fee may apply in some cases.
