Adagio
Inn is historic, built in 1890, and entirely restored
and refurbished in 2002. People seem to love it ... especially
the comfortable king beds, fine linens and expansive,
elegant surroundings.
Each
morning I personally prepare a full gourmet breakfast,
using only organic fruits and vegetables (at least
in the summer when I can do all my shopping at the Farmer's
Market here in town).
Aveda amenities are in the bathrooms, sterling silver
and Italian dinnerware in the breakfast room, and comfy
rockers on the porch, looking down upon a really lovely
garden.
Guests
like the ability to walk to all the excellent restaurants
and to Saint Helena's main street for shopping.
